Founder: 

I have combined my Public Administration degree and enjoyment of helping people, with my home repair experiences to develop a business that offers just the right combination of skills to make consistently successful outcomes. My father founded one of the first Air Conditioning and Heating companies in Chicago in the early 1960's. I began working at 12 yrs. old, cutting and threadiing plumbing pipes, making sheetmetal ducts and a lot of cleaning up work areas at the end of a day ! I enjoyed the work, but I never dreamed I would start my own business in Los Angeles. After college, while I was working for CBS News as an expeditor and worked as a Manufacturing Representative for the Temken Bearing Co., I saw the need for a company that busy executives could hire to handle all of the various issues that arise from owning a large, nice home. After talking with some friends who owned property as well, Guardian Home Repair Services Co. was started. Now 35 years later, I am turning my focus toward developing personal services that will help my aging client stay in their homes and live safe, secure and as independent as possible.,

The GHS Team consist of Rico, a master carpenter, plasterer and General Contractor. David, a Master electrician. Mike, a Master Drywaller. Albino, Master Painter. Ron, a Master Plumber. Everyone of our team members have over twenty-five years of experience. Felix, a "Utility " guy that is a certfied auto mechanic and motor home specialist, who brings some unique answers to some of our more unusual electronic jobs. There is nothing concerning a home that we don't know about....or how to make, fix or restore it.
