Q: How much will a job cost and is Guardian Home Services expensive ?

A: We must see what the conditions are before we can quote prices. We also need detailed information about your desires, but everything is explained to you and you will get an honest answer about the cost up front. I don't think we are expensive because we plan our work process and do a job right the first time. Some request are more challenging, but we won't stop until we have reach a successful conclution, or you want us to stop.

Remember, a job only gets expensive when the same work must be done and paid for over and over again !

Q: Do you have references?

A. Yes, we have many references upon request. GHS has existed for over 35 years, and our clients continue to use our services and they recommend their friends and family member as well.

Q: What is an easy way for me to know if a price is an honest bid ?

A: I have a little diagram I use to answer this question. I draw a triangle, and on each side I write one of these words....GOOD....CHEAP.....FAST.

Now everyone will admit these are the three things they want from a service company. Realistically, you will only get TWO of those conditions. Which one will you sacrafice...."good work".... "fast work" or are you willing to pay alittle more money to get a job done well, but a faster turn around time ?' Remember....honestly, you always only get two of these items when any work is done. We prefer to always offer "Good work" as quickly as possible for a fair price.

I also encourage homeowners to Google search.... "cost of........." to get an idea of the range a job can cost. The factors that go into pricing are, difficulty in performing a job or experience needed, cost of materials or availability and volume of work being done.
