I am Leon Watts III, owner and developer of the Guardian Home Services Company and The GHS Co.  I have provided  home inspections, home repairs and real estate management and major remodeling management services for over 35 years. Now, due to the aging of my clients, im being asked to help them remain safe and secure in their homes, and provide support to their objectives to live independenting.
